Duncan & Alyce chose Fitzroy Inn Historic Retreat as the backdrop for their special day in January 2025, and it was simply breathtaking. The historic house provided a timeless elegance, while the formal garden offered a picturesque setting for their ceremony.

Ceremony

The ceremony, held on the front lawns tucked inside the shade of the conifers, was truly magical. A stunning floral archway, crafted by the talented team at Flowers by Annette, adorned the space between the majestic conifers.

Reception

The reception, held under our beautiful silk-draped Grand Marquee, was a feast for the senses. The Chef and I delighted guests with a personalised menu.

The tables were elegantly set with crisp white linen and adorned with unique wooden name plates, adding a personal touch to the celebration.

Live music filled the air, creating a relaxed and romantic atmosphere. Guests danced the night away under the stars, celebrating the happy couple.

Alyce and Duncan's wedding at the Fitzroy was a testament to the beauty and elegance of the venue and the couple’s ideas for their day.

It was a day filled with love, laughter, and unforgettable memories.
